This is going to be a lot easier said than done, but here goes: Eff Them. Think about all the people that really matter in your life. If they are not in that list, they can screw. You don't need negative people around you affecting your life. Lifes too short.
I'd say, concentrate on yourself and the people you truly care about. Everyone else is irrelevant. I'm not saying be a major prick to everyone....but at the end of the day, if you can look yourself in the mirror and hold your head high, then to hell with people who don't respect you enough to treat you how you deserve to be treated.
