Hey there. thanks for the post on my blog! As for workouts, I do Ballroom dance for Cardio and a lot of Yoga. I have lupus so it has to be lower impact for my joints. I've also been trying to lose weight to get back into aerial acrobatics like spanish web and trapeze. smile Thanks for the add. Love the tattoo.
