I'm walking to the ATM on break at work with a friend. We're just walking and talking. Carefree and all. I look to the side to cross the road and then I look at my friend. I asked "what the hell is he doing!?" She said "I don't know, keep walking" I look back again to confirm what I saw, which I was right. There was a man standing to a car, with the door open, (by the way this 2 in the afternoon), he has both of his hands down his pants up to his elbows and (this is the best part) when he notices I look back he yells "I'm scratching my balls!!"
