Well, my day went like this:
Got up
Nearly killed a dog that was running loose (he ran in front of the car)
went the library
went to porn shop to use a phone book (True)
Got pizza
starred at the wall

I think I might have mentioned it once before but if not.
'a gradual awakening' by stephen levine. I think it might be out of print, but you can get it really cheap on ebay or through amazon used.
When I was going through my hell (the seperation/divorce shit...I'm still not legally divorced, who knew that shit was so expensive) it was one of the few things that helped keep me grounded. It really helped put things into perspective, or at least let me learn how to spend some time cleaning my mind and just focusing on positive things.
