my tentant told me he is leaving to live with his gurlfriend....
I think im going to pay the extra 625 a month and turn this house into a one family.
This way I can knock down walls and make the living areas a really good size...and then have the upstairs be a large master bedroom with a full bath and a sitting area.....
its time to get some space in this bitch....
it looks like I have alot of work ahead of me....
(I need to start playing the lottery too...or its going to take a really long time to get everything in order....)
