I wake up this morning...feeling good.

Todd sits on my couch...and his two-way buzzes. Its Joe, the guy we work with on and off. He says...

"Make sure Muse hears this too!!!!!"

then he proceedes to scream in the phone that when we meet to square up on money...he is going to jam his fist down our throats.....over and over.

Apparently he thinks Todd and i talked shit about him....but the truth is....we didnt. We couldnt even think of what we may have said about him to make him mad. Except that we nail shingles differantly...and we asked his guys to nail like we do on OUR jobs so that the work is consistant. Thats all.

but how do you tell someone who is going CRAZY over the phone threatning to kill you, that you really never said anything bad...and that his employee is just trying to start shit....

I got mad when he said he would pound me...and I was screaming that I would stab his wife if he even threatens to hurt me again....Todd was just silent.

I dont know if Todd gossiped to the other worker about Joe.....but I know that I am innocent. I dont talk shit about hard working people......and if he wants to jump to conclusions....well he can just go fuck himself.

anyway....he called back calmer....and we settled one issue about how we asked his workers to do our roofs our style....not a biggie. But he said there is more that he would like to talk about. His worker mike said we said somehting.....I know it wasnt me...I was working ground all day. I bearly talked to anyone....

....why do I have to be dragged into this?
