Thanks for the comments on the hair. I <3 you all!

Why is it that I always have the worst luck with x-acto blades? I accidentally cut myself all the time with them. I even once cut one of my fingers so badly with one YEARS ago and it still hurts when I put pressure on it. But tonight I was trying out this other brand of blade I found at Target on this project for school and wouldn't you know it, just installing the damned blade, with its foolproof little box of blades i managed to slice my finger just to an annoying extent where it just won't stop bleeding. Gah! Now my new blade handle is all blood-soaked. Lovely.

At least my project looks all professional and nifty. I take those sort of projects seriously.

Otherwise I'm waiting for a comic to go up that I participated in as a guest artist. I'll show you the finished painting once the comic goes live (it's kind of weird and possibly semi-offensive out of context)

but i'll show you a part of it. I'm really proud of this because I've never been good at likenesses, but everyone I've asked could tell who it was. Can you without cheating?


as you can probably tell i was playing with the colors to fit the lighting of the finished piece.


Also, my hair isn't black yet.....but the night's still young.
