Sometimes I forget the splendor of the ever-so-simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but I've just been reminded. And oh boy, that was one amazing sandwich.
On a somewhat related note, the boy has recently introduced me to the fluffernutter sandwich. I have to say the concept itself sounds completely disgusting in theory, but when he forced me to try one it was like heaven. I just can't believe I've lived almost 27 year without experiencing the joy of the fluffernutter. My childhood suddenly seems so meaningless....

As far as my art is concerned, for a while - three whole days - i was trying to get into the habit of doing one sketch per day. We will not get into that failure. Instead, I've learned from it and moved onto just drawing out concepts that the boy comes up with....they seem to work much better than any of my own ideas anyhow. Here's the current work in progress:
