I managed to bathe both of my pups tonight. They are snuggled up close in bed with me now. I am so sore. Oh well, the price you pay for beauty. Haha!

Tomorrow I have got to work. I had a mechanic quit. You got to love what drugs will do to a good guy. He changed over the years from the best guy I had, to a mess. He is destroying his life. I was up set at first, but now I am just pissed at the whole situation. I have washed my hands of it.

After work I am heading to a restaurant on the river. It is an awesome place. They have ducks and chickens that you can feed while you wait. Even a little pond with gators and turtles in it!!

Next week when my back feels better I am starting back hitting cardio hard. I have been lazy this week and am feeling it. Ugh!! I think I am going to take Cain on a run with me. He would enjoy the people.

Enough for tonight. I am sleepy and ready to snuggle with my pups.
