My GOD,
My house seems so empty without my big buddy Ben, AKA "DP RENO THUNDER" That was his racing name before we rescued him from the track, He was 2 then. He was only 8 yrs old in June, he should have lived longer. We had him for 6 great years, I miss him SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!! Can't tell you how many times we both sat up at night with a bonfire. Everytime I close my eyes, I see him shattering his leg and hear him SCREAMING all over again!!! He gave me such a look when I ran to him like he wanted me to stop the pain that he was in and I couldn't do a DAMN THING!!!!!! I felt so fuckin HELPLESS!!!!!!!! DAMN!!!!!!!!!!! He really was my best friend. He will be greatly missed, I never realized just how attached I got to the big galoot. He was a very special animal.........RIP My friend, you gave me many happy times, and I will always think of you and continue to love you much. Win every race you run now my friend....... I love you and miss you much. Thanks for the great times, and for those of you that sent the well wishes..........Thank you very much. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!
