So, since no one read my last journal... you weren't missing much... but just to catch you up:
I haven't been sleeping well for over a week now. When I do sleep I have wretched nightmares. Last night I took something to help me sleep, it didn't work. I think it actually made things worse. I slept very light and woke up every hour. I was up at 6 something this morning and had to take my car in at 7:30am. So I just stayed up. I couldn't sleep when I got back from dropping off my car.
After I picked up my car I had to drive out to the fucking south towns to get a check from my mother. When I got back I found out that my brother had been sick to his stomach for like 3 days and hadnt clued me in so I call his doctor with his symptoms... they think it is appendicitis. FUN! YEY!
We got to the hospital shortly after 2pm. They ran all their tests and whatnot all the while my brother is totally freaking because he hates hospitals. Blood work, drink icky stuff, more blood work, shit in a cup, ct scan, blood work... go home... it wasn't his appendix.
He has some weird swollen intestine right near the appendix and he is seeing a specialist on Tuesday.
He was so happy and so grateful to be out of there he started talking about all kinds of things... like how he has to eat better, stop smoking, start going to school, and appreciate the life he has because it could be worse.
I made him food right when we got home and got him settled in and oh man I hope I can sleep tonight.
I need a shower. I am beat. I hurt.

well, see... it could be one of those shotgun marriages in vegas... we could go, get wasted, dress really trashy, get married, then have it annulled in the morning... just for fun.
