I got a place! *whew*

It's small, but eh, who cares? Not I!
It has washer/dryer hookups!
It is less than 2 miles from my work.
It is about a mile from my best friend's house!
It is CHEAP! $375/month + utilities.
The kitchen, bathroom, and my bedroom will be bigger than what I have now.
I will have my own driveway.
It is half of a house not an apartment in a complex.
CATS allowed!
The owners are nice.
My brother will be able to stay in the same school!
I will be out of Erie County!

I need to find out if I can (well, I can't, but my Dad agreed to do it for me) paint the place and if I can tear down the hideous wall paper that is in the hallway and entryway. I hope so!

I can move in November 10th. I can't wait to be done with all the stress that is moving. But I am relieved to know that I have a place lined up for sure.

Since I haven't been given notice that my house is sold I have to give notice to the current landlord that I intend to move. That will be shitty.

I also have to give a letter of resignation to the insurance company I work for. That will suck big time cause those people gave me a position to help me out and it turns out I can't keep helping them out due to complications of circumstance. I feel bad.

Sorry I haven't been up on the commenting... between the crazyness and my slow ass dial up it's hard lately. I still love you...
