Goodbye September... I'm not looking back!

I got an icky phone call last night from the guy who is selling my house for my landlord...
You would think my landlord would be nice enough to tell me himself, but nooooo! 
So I am stuck looking for a new house before I wanted to be looking for a new house. STRESS 
The list of things I need the new house to have is too large... I am totally freaking out! Well unless the buyer is an investment buyer and will lower the rent or add a utility bill to their name. If not then it makes everything crazy. I am especially worried about my brother being able to stay in the school I worked so hard to get him into. 
Ok, I'm going to end this on a more positive note...
October marks 1 year since I met my guy... we haven't been 'together' for near that long, but it sure does seem like it!
I have to go make a Ninja Turtle cake now... Rafael to be exact!
