hey everyone!!!! yesterday totally sucked my body kicked my ass. my chronic pain syndromes flared up and i thought i was gna die had to deal with an asshole of a doctor which made my day even worse. Im not 100% today but SOOOOO much better. i am just gna sit on my ass and do nada today!
