i suppose i'm due an update, as its been a while...
...but i'm not really in the right headspace for all this at the moment.
things haven't been going so well in Munchland for the last month or so. I've been to the doctors, who gave me some good advice, and things seem to be working out...slowly. i don't feel as bad as i have been feeling recently - i've got a long way to go before i feel back to normal i think, but things are looking up slowly.
so in the absence of any really exciting news:
- The Band recorded some new demos last week, which considering how we recorded them, I think turned out pretty well. go check them out if you wanna hear.
- went to see INTO THE WILD last week. I really loved this film...although I'm torn between thinking what a brave bloke he was to what a selfish cunt, for him to suddenly take off like he did without giving a shit for anyone or anything except his own happiness and peace of mind...
...i can see both sides of the arguement...
- went out for Doplexs birthday last saturday, but the state of my health meant I couldn't stay out late. but i enjoyed the pizza and was great seeing my mate on his birthday.
- going to see our singer Phils band Shermer tonight with Carmel, iannnnnn and ChristinaRenee
- tomorrow, me and iannnnnn are going up to Birmingham to get tattooed by Frankie (me) and Dawnii (Ian)
- i finally managed to wreck my first pair of trainers this week! its only taken me 12 years. bye bye my favourite old skool vans...
