how bizarre...
after yesterdays journal about not coping with the xmas shenanigans and how bad my hangovers are getting, then i went through what i did today...
yesterday i went out with my buds for a pre-xmas bash (of sorts) as we're not likely to be seeing each other until after Xmas.
i wouldn't say the alcohol consumption was any different to any other piss-up we've had. i also knew i had to go into work today...
...ended up being dragged to the station by Carmel, as i didn't have a clue what i was doing. I then threw up on the train
- and when i say threw up, you have never seen so much vomit come out of someone so little -
then managed to somehow get home, strip off all my vomit covered clothes, grab a washing up bowl and collapsed in bed...
...and had a night of interrupted sleep, cos i was puking my guts up every 20 minutes.
i finally finished throwing up around 3pm this afternoon, after i called off going into into work, cos i couldn't see, or feel my hands or feet!
this is probably the second most scariest drinking disaster i've had in the last few months (the other being the jager incident about 2 month ago).
i know i always say this, but i really do need to have a think about my alcohol intake. and maybe even consider stopping drinking, as its blatantly apparent that i can't do "moderation".
happy fucking xmas...
