I have always disliked Metallica for numerous reasons. First of which is there so called street cred as a metal band. Yes ill give it to them their first three albums were metal back in the day, but every album after Master of Puppets was shit in my opinion. Slowly getting more main stream Hinder/Nickleback sounding. Shit Nickleback made Creed look cool.. Lars Ulrich was always a little bitch with little talent in my opinion. Grant it he can play the drums but not up to par with the other rivals of "fathers of metal" shit. I personally believe Slayer or Pantera were the OG of metal, not Metallica. He also pisses me off about being the sole destruct of Napster. Fuck you, you overpaid pussy (which is the reason i posted my vent). I also dislike the fact they were played on MTV in the 90s. Like TRL shit not HBB. Ok the real reason i posted this was because.....
They are coming to Cinci, awesome. Id so totally not see them. But wait.. My favorite band is opening for them, Lamb of fucking God. And next up Gojira, up there for the top favs, iare opening for Lamb of God. (Gojira if you dont know them, are a gnarly french band that rarely tours the US). Oh I could always go and watch those two TRUE metal bands, rock out, and then leave for Metallica right? WRONG! Not for fucking 120$ for standing room. 3 bands 120$? I saw the Unholy Alliance Tour with Slayer, Lamb of God, Mastodon, and Children of Bodom for 50$. As I Lay Dying, Children of Bodom, God Forbid, Municipal Waste, and Lamb of God for 45$. For fuck sake Metallica, you bitch about internet downloads but yet you charge fucking 120$ for standing room? That really chaps my ass. I guess this will be my first time Lamb of God has came to Ohio and I havent seen them.. At least since New America Gospel. FUCK!
On another note im meeting up with Doctor to get my first cutting. Post pics when its done. thx.
