so it appears that for 8 years now france and everyone esle has been owned by an american in le tour. while not a us based team go Floyd fucking awesome i say. last month i would have said ulrich but landis came through after losing what like 30 minutes??? Well good on him we will see more of him for years to come i belive.

He didn't "lose" 30 mins, he handed them over. Totally idiot move. I've nothing against gifting 3-5 mins, but 30? Stupid. And, he just made it harder for himself when he had to make up all that time. I definitely respect his win cuz he fought hard, but that stage should go down as one of the stupidest ever.

I hope his new hip does him well and he can get back up to form next year.


oh - and I really liked how Kloden rode yeasterday, both in the TT and got himself back up on the podium. The Pinks really turned it around after Jan was booted.
