to make yesterday worse, it was raining in my dining room when I got home.
A shower valve had been broken and leaking inside my main wet wall. It went from the top floor, through the dining room and into the basement where it continued to leak into my furnace and a few electrical junction boxes.
RAD.
The fire department had to come out to shut off my water, since the stop valve on the house was also broken and couldn't be used. Not to mention the fact that the flood ruined most of my 7" record collection. I have had no water at my house since 5 o'clock last night. I had to borrow my neighbors hose to brush my teeth, and I didn't get to take a shower this morning.

The landlord called over a plumber and he didn't feel like fucking with it last night so he said he'd be by around 3 to fix the valve and the shower. I'm gonna have to call the city to have someone come out and turn the water on after this is done.
I'm going to the city tonight to see the MOOG festival at Bimbos tonight. I need some tunes to make this go away.
On the bright side, Katies set today just fucking slays me. I haven't seen sexy look that good in ages.
