Good weekend so far. I got to hang out with tuffy, coco, thepromdate, aoife, shinydemon, mcqueen, and punt this afternoon for some cocktails. Good times.
We played a rock show tonight with some really good friends. I got to chat with someone I adore, yet have never met. I ended up taking some morphine and drinking raspberry stoli with tonic and lime. I know, it must have been the morphine.
Tomorrow I'm gonna go up to Berkley to pick up a 2x12 Fender Hot Rod Deville. I really like the sound of those little combo amps. I love buying gear for the home studio, it makes me feel like recording. Maybe it's time to record speed trials, but maybe it's not. I also need to record a couple of musical interludes for the record.
The ferrel cat next door let me pet him on my way in tonight. The gods are smiling upon the house of the mule.
Watch what you say, i'll drive 6 hours to pick you up for some drinks and a smile or two, they're contagious you know.
