Tomorrow, I'm getting taken out for Cajun food in the afternoon! Can't wait! Loves me some Cajun grubbables!
This week is all about food. I seem to recall that I'm going out on Friday, and then I'm having Thai food with Houston's finest on Saturday! GiddyBURP...up!
Today was COMPLETELY uneventful: no free stuff, no eBay treasures, no (good) phones calls...NOTHIN'!!! I'm already ready for the weekend. Actually, I'm also looking forward to NEXT weekend, when all the kick ass TX folks will be meeting up. Tons of cool stuff going on that weekend, including rollerderby (AND Dale Watson's playing too!), and The Winks at 710. Fuck yeah!
Nothin' going on tonight. I'm going to try oh so hard to get to bed before 1:00. I get this second wind around 11:30. That's when my eBay jones kicks into high gear. Maybe I can take care of it now, so I won't be so damn tired tomorrow morning. Life is hell! Oh yeah....I think I'm getting interviewed this week for the news (on KEYE, I believe) for a story on the future of music retail. Sound familiar? It should. That was the story I was interviewed for in The Chronicle. Maybe this feature will actually deal with the subject. The Chronicle's story got sidetracked to put it mildly. We'll see if it happens.
