This morning arrived entirely too soon. Maybe that's because I was on the phone until 3 trying to figure out what I/we are gonna do about our little situation. I gotta say, it was the most emotionally intense exchange I've been involved in in some time. It zapped every ounce of energy out of me. How could I walk away from someone I would do absolutely anything for? That goes against everything I stand for. The problem is by no means solved, but I just can't imagine my world without her in it. I get so frustrated with her sometimes, but then I see her and my heart just fills to the point of overflow. It's not right, it's not wrong...it just is. We're at different places in our lives right now. It's so incredibly sad.
There is so much going on at work right now. The next 2 weeks are going to be sheer madness/hell. I'm sure it will all go just fine. I've been going non-stop for almost 3 months now, and it's starting to take its toll. Can't wait to take some time off, and try to remember how to relax.
