Today was one of those FREE THINGS days I rave about all too often. Instead of listing my haul, I'll just say it was a bunch of cool stuff. It was like Christmas in December. WAIT! No, it was like Christmas 24 days early. It'll happen again soon enough.
There's a new cat loitering around El Rancho Mulhollando lately. He belongs to my neighbor, but prefers to hang out here. The reason: better scratchins!!!
He's been in here a few times tonight. I don't trust him enough to let him sleep here. All in good time. It's nice havin' him around. Gotta love havin' that big dumb face lookin' at me! He's probably thinking the same thing.
I'm trying to abide by the phone call/no return call/call back rules, but it's difficult. Whatever, I know she's busy. Can't help but wonder though. She came through last time. Let's see what happens. I'm restless and impatient. What can I say?

i don't know if it is too far to walk. i suppose it depends on how much time you have and if your shoes are comfortable.
