Work is officially kickin' my ASS! I've worked SO much this week, and I have to work tomorrow too. As if that is not enough, I have to be at work at 6:00a.m. on Friday. As if THAT wasn't enough, I have to work on Sunday, one of my days off. I'm not wallowing in self pity. That's alot of work. Did I mention that I won't get paid for that extra time? Yep, I'm a salary type guy. blackeyed
Needless to say, I won't be celebrating the holiday. Well, whatever. Gotta do what I gotta do.
On a positive note, All of the records and crap I ordered online last week all showed up today! I seriously scored:
2 very hard to find Hellacopters records (one is a bootleg on which they do a great version of "Search & Destroy".)
1 very hard to find Nomads 10".
1 Hydromatics LP (featuring Nicke from The Hellacopters)
1 Electric Frankenstein 7" (that makes about 30 of them I now own).
1 New Bomb Turks 7" picture disc that totally RAWKS!!!
There may have been something else, but I can't remember. That's good stuff right there!
Enough about me. I just want to take this opportunity to tell y'all how great you are. I consider myself very fortunate to have crossed paths with so many kick ass people. There have been so many new folks comin' around lately, and I find it tremendously rewarding to hear from you all. Hope you guys have a fantastic holiday! You're the best! ooo aaa

yes sir, I have the best family in the world here in Austin: my aunt Susanna, her husband, and my two fabulous little cousins that look like children of the corn (they are from the white-bread side of the family). I LOVE Austin! I want to live here, but it's too expensive for a single girl like me right now. if I'm lucky, one day I'll be able to see Touch of Evil in the theater. I've seen Rear Window on the big screen, and that was amazing. and to answer your other question, yes, I have been to Brazil 3 times so far and it is the most simultaneously beautiful and appalling place I've ever been to. I have a gigantic family down there, so I love to go. sheesh. this is the day I've spent the most time missing family for a long time. I guess that's what Thanksgiving is forsmile hope you get to eat lots of turkey & pie!
