Someone's got a date tonight! Can you guess who? If you guessed me, YOU ARE CORRECT!!! I wasn't going into detail about this, because I thought the person in question was blowing me off. Rejection never makes for good copy, unless it's someone else who's getting rejected. Last week at the Riverboat Gamblers show, I ran into this girl I've met a few times. She's totally cool, and completely beautiful. We hung out during the whole show. As we were leaving she gave me her number. I called her a few times this week, but always got her machine. I figured she must have had second thoughts, and was ignoring me. About an hour ago, the phone rang, and guess who? HA! She's been busy at work and hasn't had a chance to get back to me. So she wants to hang out!!! I'm really happy.
On the other hand, I'm pretty bummed about all the brou ha ha going on with S.S. All of our friends here know how much she supported SG. That's all I'm saying for now.
Well, no apocalypse last night. I'm really jazzed about tonight. Have I mentioned that I don't know how to act on days off? Well, I don't. When in doubt, go record shopping dammit!!! Score of the day: Misfits "Legacy of Brutality" LP picture disc. Woo Hoo!
