a day without work is such a pleasant, novel concept; one i should consider more often. slept late, bought records, ate bad food...that's livin', baby! man, it's hotter than...um...something really hot out there, and it's 10:30 in the p.m.! i received a notice that my power will be shut off from 8 until noon tomorrow. this should be an interesting challenge.
i kinda want to go for a swim, but there's always some woman with her diapered babies in the pool. i don't want to swim in THAT!!! when i was a kid, i got an eye infection from swimming in an oft peed in pool. never again! if i'm gonna swim in pee, i'm gonna decide whose pee i swim in...and it ain't gonna be some fat lady and her ugly spawn.
i can tell by the tinkling piano music in my head that it is officially cold beverage time. hopefully, they still have pina colada slurpees at the sev. mmmm....tastes like frozen suntan lotion! you have to work tomorrow. i don't. who's laughin' now?

i'm trying to think of something to write in my journal, but i've got nothin'. i've been searching for stuff on google--something to steal--but no luck. bummer.
