Ok, Well I am finally moving out of the inner city where I live in Lansing MI.
The inner city is quite congested.
I am buying a house to the outer skirts of the city.
This will give you an Idea from where I was to where I should be.

As you can see from where I was in that red rectangle on the right
there are 8 houses... Too damn close for me
In the same amount of space in the red rectangle on the left, only
ONE house!!
In the Left picture that area is all mine
Down Wise road is 232 ft, down Jolly road 96 feet.
a little over 22,000 sq ft of land
(about half an acre)
This will show you the distance from where I was to where I am going. Monday (fingers crossed)
Also This puts me one mile from my dads house! My dad is in an upscale neighborhood! He is a retiree from GM.. So yeah, I am in a better area (lLOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION)

This is from the corner of Jolly and Wise roads.
This is looking towards Jolly down Wise. The exterior of the house needs some fixing up, but nothing I cant handle, since thats what I have done most of my life was construction. The inside is realy nice, Pics coming soon hopefully next week. (dad walking down the road) I think dad is more excited than I am.
... That garage is actually fricken huuuuuge,, bigger than the house lol.
