Today I had an amazing meeting with my brand new business adviser/mentor who is really supportive and she's got loads of confidence in me. I feel very affirmed.

Yippee! Twwly called from Florida and she's going to make it home in time to go to the Rue Morgue screening of Bubba Hotep. Until she phoned I was going to do the "proper" thing and not attend (since my ex decided he was going, I wimped out). But now I'm going to have 3 whole friends there (Skinjob, Twwly, and her bf too) so I won't feel like a total asshole.

Had a quick look on the M-Tronic site & it looks quite good ! I'm definitively going to wander there a bit, thanks for the link ! There was even news about the guy from Nox !! I used to love them (I'm French, see...) but I don't think they were actually known outside France ?
About Dead Man, 100% with you, beautiful soundtrack, haunted film... I love everything by Jarmusch anyway (2nd fave would be Stranger Than paradise maybe). Regarding music, you should check the Monster's Ball soundtrack. It's very haunting as well, lots of guitars with very long delay used as soundscapes. With a few piano notes here & there, this is a beautiful one (and the film is great). I listen to a lot of different stuff but experimental ambient is so relaxing. My ultimate test is to play a record, lay on my bed & close my eyes. If I drift in & out of sleep, that's the sign of a good record. I've had actually very weird mind trips with ZF, without any drugs or whatever !!
