I dont think its an ambulance, I think it was something with the police and this guy jumped out. Once he gets up he starts running the other way until he collapses and then when they come back for him they just pick him not something paramedics would do. But beyond that, what amazes me is how many people just drive by him and dont even slow down, once cars do stop nobody even gets out to help the dude they just all try and figure out how to drive around him while he lays in the roadway. Amazing.
