today was a day of firsts...
i woke up today at 6:45 and was actually in a good mood! i started working on two projects for school. i made plans to study tonight with someone. i never study! i exercised. i walked from the dorm, to fcuk to see dan and then to shaws. jenna and i did some food shopping. we were VERY good with the money. hit up the sales. then i got even MORE exercise. we walked all the way home. for dinner i had a boca burger (jenna's influence) and rice and a cookie. i had a totally meatless day! wow....i know college is supposed to change you but so many changes in one day!

That German guy was just some total freak. Now that you told me it makes more sense. A big group of Americans with kids would be really obvious, but still. I've never heard a story like that and I know lots of people who have been here for many years. He was a total ass and probably would have told you to "go back to China" if you were Chinese.
Most Germans like Americans (just not the government) and will be totally awesome to you unless you do something really rude to them.
