happy happy happy happy halloween!
went to salem. woo hoo. my friends looked awesome. i'll post pictures of my friend lisa who's an artist and god did it show in her costume!
no traffic going in or out which was very nice.
i call haloween in salem the "mardis gra of salem."
it was great. people had amazing costumes (although i did see far too many "slutty nurses, cops, genie, maid, etc." then i ever wanted to see)
there were people there with signs saying that we are all going hell along with gays, muslims, jews, fornicators, etc. i got into an argument with one of them who had the NERVE to tell me he "wasn't judging anyone." too which i must say BULLSHIT! however, i didn't dwell on them for too long. not going to let them ruin my halloween or give them the attention they don't deserve. besides, one lady bitched them out better then i could ever bitch anyone out in my whole life! it was great!
they also opened all the art galleries for free so it was great to see some amazing artwork. i found an artist i loved and i can't wait to purchase some of his prints. also, he painted skulls (fake of course) with these amazing designs. $100 a pop though. but his work was great.
overall i spent time with good people, saw some good things, halloween is my favorite holiday of the year and it always will be!
