But, I ride my bike 7 to 30+ a day now, eat pretty health consciously, and try not to be an asshole. My Dad was grossely overweight and everyone told me it was going to happen to me after 25. Well, take a gander through my journal and pics and you'll see that at 36, not only don't I look 36 (I don't act it either ) but I rarely get pegged for over 24.
My naturapathic doctor gave me the key. "If you're going to go out and eat shit and party ONCE IN AWHILE, then really eat shit and party hard and enjoy it. Don't beat yourself up about it. But the next day you better be eating fruit and vegetables and drinking a ton of water!"
Now, go have some chocolate and watch Family Guy tonight and laugh your ass off!
