Weird Contracts mid-term last night. We had a fact pattern about substantial performance, but the most interesting stuff was actually 3 other torts. I don't know if we were supposed to notice the torts or not, so i wrote about everything. I LOVE essay tests, I write pages of shit. Not shit shit, but pages of researched info. You know what I mean. In December for our Adv. Litigation final, half was a take home of 8 essay q's. I wrote 20 pages. Everyone else did 8-10. I love getting all OCD on that shit.

supposed to be 74' here today!!! And...I am inside all day



Tomorrow supposed to rain I have to run.

Sunday supposed to be really nice, and I have a 4 mile run, so that'll be just super.
