OH! Just to set the record straight, cuz I heard a reporter get this wrong on the news: Anna Nicole Smith is NOT going to the Supreme Court to see if she gets her dead husband's $. The case is being heard to determine if federal courts have jurisdiction to rule on bankruptcy decisions. It was only ANS's case that raised that narrow issue, not the direct issue of if she gets the $. Two diff. things.
