i have a question for you, my running guru
can you recommend a type/style of running shorts that don't immediately bunch up between your legs, this is driving me nuts

my goodness miss lady..you really threw me last night with your comment. it came at a beautiful time, I was squirming under my internal eye scrutinizing my loss of a dear friend recently (we've just moved apart) - and due to my sincere loyalty to lovely people in the world, it was hurting. I was miffed about the situation, and felt myself drifting back into negative thoughts..just little ones... and then I got to read your message.
