Making sweet potato pie

You need to buy two or four pie crusts before you're making the pies.

Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes

Butter

Eggs

Vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon

Ground nutmeg

Sugar

Milk or soy milk

I. Clean 3-5 sweet potatoes.

II. Peel the skin with a knife.

III. Cut the slices with each sweet potato.

IV. Put the slices in the pot.

V. Add cold water to clean and drain the sweet potatoes (twice).

VI. Boil it and add a ground cinnamon for 1-2 hours.

VII. After boiled sweet potatoes, put the sweet potates in the drain bowl and shake the hot water.

VIII. Put the sweet potatoes in the new bowl.

IX. You need to add:

a. 4 tablespoons of butter

b. 4 eggs

c. 1/2 cup of milk or soy milk

d. 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract

e. dash of ground cinnamon

f. dash of ground nutmeg

g. 2 cups of sugar

X. Blend with hand mixer.

XI. Preheat 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

XII. Put sweet potatoes in the pie crust (each), circle around and don't get too close the crust.

XIII. Put the pie in the oven and it'll takes half an hour to an hour until it turn brown.

XIV. Take the pie out and wait until it cool off.
