Benadryl makes me twitch (think crack addict needing a fix). It doesn't make me sleepy at all, but the twitching is pretty bad so I try not to take it if I don't have to. Try claritin or like the target brand it works pretty well. I don't sleep very well, so sleeping for 10 hours sounds pretty nice to me.

Man your hair does grow qick. I started growing mine out for my wedding last summer, it was an inch or two below ears, and now it is an inch or two above my bra strap. Don't know how long I'm gonna let it get. It's terminally straight. It does nothing. If I want body in it I have to do two french braids when it is wet and leave it in for like 3 days.
