I've got a tiny fire going in the fireplace...dinner's on the stove...CSI is on the tv, and I heard through the grapevine that I may end up with that job at the police department after all. I'm the first person on the eligibilty list, and one of the girls turned in her resignation a couple of days ago.
Good thing, too. If this keeps up very much longer, I'm going to have to replace all meals with koolaid popsicles
Perhaps now is the time to go through all my extra stuff and pop it up on eBay. Or I could hurry up and finish writing...er, something...for my best friend. She pays well
