I think they're calling this a Joss a thon or some such thing. The good news is that all you have to do is wait for Serenity to come out in theaters. Then you can see that an decide if it was worthwhile or not.
I'm actually pretty sad. I spent most of the day watching Firefly in bits and pieces and it reminded me how much I loved that show. Well developed characters, interesting story line and POOF! Gone in one season!
