I've had yet another amazing weekend.... yeah, I realize that it's Tuesday. I've just now recovered and gotten my life organized enough to post. I'm constantly amazed by the wonderful people who are part of my life.
Thursday night, I got brave and had John Kid (www.johnid.com) put another hole in my ear. I've wanted a tragus done for awhile, yet for whatever reason, I thought it would hurt. I was wrong and feel silly. It was easy and it's really pretty!
Friday night, I went to the movies with friends and then to a house party, where both my boys got completely smashed. It was horribly amusing!
If you live in Madison, WI and you missed Leather and Lace at the Inferno on Saturday, you missed a great night. My boyfriend let me turn him into my little pony, Shenanigans. He's got a great sense of humor and was so much fun all night long! We made him a tail out of yarn that we picked to match his mohawk and he let me put 8 gauge hooks in his back to attach the reigns ! He was adorable! And seriously, until you've seen a punk my little pony with blue hair, you really haven't lived! *giggle*
Afterwards, we just went to Denny's with some cool people. It's always cool to get to know people a little better outside of the club.
Sunday, I hung out with some friends for a superbowl commecial party. Unfortunately, the commercials weren't that great. However, the food, alcohol and company rocked.
And looking back on the weekend, I didn't do anything horribly special. It was all about the people in my life. They are truly amazing and make my days (and nights) totally worthwhile.

I should have just had that guy kicked out earlier. I wish I'd been around when he was bothering someone. I would have been able to do more about it...... But the best thing about the Inferno is that there is usually a guy around you can count on when someone's being an asshole.
