Well, I am off to Maryland for training. Won't be back until late Friday, which means no SG for 5 days. Oh my! 
I am doing better every day. Really enjoying having the apt to myself. Funny how I have changed since the split...eat less, sleep less, hardly watch tv. Haven't even had my face buried in a book every night. Now I am engaged. Talking to people, staying busy. I like this new me.
