that doesn't seem very fair. the policy in our shop is that if you take the appointment but forget to add it to the schedule, you get to do the dog. even if it's your day off, doesn't matter you'll get a phone call to come in. had that happen to me once....i haven't forgotten to add a appt. since! but i also work at a small spa, sounds like you might be at a chain if you get overtime?
as much as i love my roommates... I need people who can keep up with me. drink wise that is. two passed out and one puked before i even felt a buzz.
