quick update:
school... you know... going good... need to start studying for the GRE.. its true...
the family:
roommate's dad died.. so there has been a bit of a bummer around the house.. we are all just trying to be regular - cheerfull- and just be there for him.. he's a manly man so he's not saying much about it but i can relate to the little actions or expressions he has to when my dad died.
my lovely lovelylocks came to visit for the last time.. she's going to india indefinitely. i love that girl... i hope she stays safe.. my heart has been kind of deep in my chest all day.. cried on the drive to work. left her sleeping with a long note about how she's amazing and i love her and affirmations about how she will go and find peace, enlightenment and wonder.

going to have a show on Haloween - per custom. we get around to one show a year... and Halloween is it... ? i'll probably sing 2 or three songs and play the drums on two or three... we've had some amazing jams drifting though the house lately.. not that i've been involved (homework- ugh...) but i will be soon to make this show happen.
Social:
did i ever tell you guys i host social dinners for like minded people in my area? yay POLY Dinners. just a fun time for people to be social and hang out with no agendas who are ok that everyone there is non-monogamous (or at least curious) its cool and the dinners have been going well... too well.. lots of people.. decided to have two dinners this month so people can meet a bit better...

yoga festivals, drum circles, art shows galore!!! my life has been blessed lately
during yoga i have been focusing on being grounded, and happy, but today i decided i might switch my focus to being present.
i love giving everything to every moment. and i can have such blurred vision sometimes..
this weekend holds brunch with the family.
and the Gay Pride parade!!!!!! i've never been and i'm super excited...
and there is chance of RAIN! sweet giblets??? when was the last time that stuff has fallen on us??????????? no really???? when?????
