I am a sad sad little man....

I applyed for a job at a towing company awhile back and I had an interview today. I drove up to the towing business, and something just didnt feel right about the whole deal. Like I thought, "If I go in there and get hired, Im gonna regret it." I dont know why the hell my gut told me that, but i listened to it and bailed. (hence the "sad" part )

On the way back, though, I think I actually had an epiphany. Around the same time I applyed for the towing job, I also applyed for a Security guard job. I think I actually WANT that job. Ive never WANTED a certain job before. I worked at Wal-Mart for 5+ years, but I got it because I was driving by and saw a Now Hiring sign and said "What the hell"...

Anywhoo.... theres a job fair tomorrow and the same security company is offering work. As soon as can drum up a couple more business references, I think I might have a shot. Here's hoping.
