So, I'm applying for a job as a draftsperson, and the advertisement said to fax salary requirements. I have no idea how much I'm "worth", and I definitely don't want to get gypped (one of the reasons why women are not as well paid as men is because they are not as assertive about salary requirements and raises). I ran a google search for salary calculations, and I got a bunch of sites that I would have to pay for, not something I want to do. Any suggestions?

Does the college release anything on average salaries for graduates? (I know the CoT does... but we all know they are different animals.) Aim high, they can always offer less, but they won't offer more.
