I went to Guitar Center today and played their huge assortment of guitars that I cannot afford. I ell in love with a particular Les Paul. It had a mild honey finish to it and the flame on the maple cap was gorgeous. But I've seen pretty guitars and they do not always play wonderful. Well, bestill my beating fucking heart, this guitar sounded wicked. It had such seperation between the individual notes that I was astounded. It turns out that the guitar has two 57 humbuckers in it. My Les uses a 490R and a 498T for it's pickups. I think it's time to switch to the 57 reissue hums. I've been thinking of changing them out anyways.

I have been planning my trip to Europe. I still do not have all of the details worked out but I am a lot closer to having an actual "gameplan."

I also noticed that I have been a member of the site for a while now, but I still do not have a profile pic. There are pics of me on the site, but no actual profile pic. Time to change that shit. But being the computer illiterate fuckwad that I am I do not know how to upload one. I tried before but the shit did not work and I just became frustrated with the whole ordeal. Anyone want to help.
I need to remind myself to fall asleep sooner today. I have band practice tomorrow at the buttfuck crack of 10am and I do not want to be late.

Edited: I can't fall asleep. I've been laying in bed for the past two-and-a-half hours and have accomplished nothing but coming with new riffs for band practice tomorrow. I have a bad habit of laying down and then hearing music in my head that I would like to play. I basically try and write songs while I fall asleep. Unfortunately this causes me to stay awake. I need to count something else other than time signatures to try and fall asleep.
