Went out to see Dillinger Escape Plan/Planes Mistaken For Stars. Kick ass show.
The element that has been to hardcore shows recently in AZ (aka THE BAD ELEMENT) was not around tonight. It was crowded, hot, and the place was over capacity by at least fifty people (the Mason Jar is small and fifty people makes a hell of a difference.
PMFS has definitely changed alot from the last time I saw them. Definitely more "metal" I might say. Dillinger just kicked ass.
The bartender that was serving tonight was swamped all to hell. I felt sorry for her. Poor thing. I'm sure she made good money though. If not by the quality of tips then at least by quantity. her tip jar was full (it was a beer pitcher) so she had at least sixty-four ounces of ones and fives. To top it off, she is ridiculously hot. Freaking gorgeous. She also gave me a free drink which I thought was neat of her.
