I don't like Avril Lavigne type music. I'm not a big fan of Michelle Branch. I'm not too keen on boy-band-Good Charlotte-cute punk rock. SO, WHY AM I SO FUCKING GOOD AT IT?!? This is the second week in a row that I have sat down with Julia, the girl who wants to do the pop-rock-girlie-wuss music, and we have already busted out two songs. I'm talking lyrics (she already had one song written and I wrote the other song from a woman's point of view....go figure), chords, and I even know how the drums should go. This is the easiest music I have ever had to write and I must admit it's been fun. But not because of the music. Oh no. Julia is just an awesome fucking kid and she has a voice from HELL! She can sing fucking circles around most people I know. In fact, she scares me. She wants me to write an angry song though and I think I have just the thing. I hope she likes Converge.

P.S. If there is anyone out there who can tell me why drummers are such flakes, please let me know.
