I got a monthly membership. I paid $24.99 for a month. I checked the mail. I checked the homepage. I checked the frequently asked questions. I panicked.
Once a connection was made, how was I to cancel the account and recurring billing?
I wrote, "Please forward details of account cancellation."
In reply, "Your account has been cancelled."
It left a mark on my forehead. No additional charge.
