I don't know why, but there's something tremendously satisfying about this. Or maybe I'm just weird. My old pair, which I was given as a christmas gift in 2010, and which I have worn pretty much every day since, have started to say 'enough'. Subtly, but definitely. I have been wearing DM 1460's since dad gave me a pair (black, natch), in 1976. The things have never let me down.😄👍👏

Possibly near RAF Coltishall, in Norfolk. The aircraft is an English Electric (later BAC), Lightning. Makes my blood run cold, looking at this.
